Hi there. Welcome to my new video.
I’m giving some news and updates in this video.
First of all, about the new upcoming videos:
I went through the comments and through my emails once more.
One of the most requested subjects for new videos
was to cover the 5 phases of mastering workflow.
The 5 phases are:
Collecting or capturing,
processing,
organizing,
doing, and
reviewing.
I’ll cover those 5 phases of mastering workflow in a couple of videos
with some examples how you can do that in Evernote.
I’ll start the series, obviously, with collecting.
There is some overlap between those phases when you work in Evernote.
Other news: I’m working on an e-book.
If you follow this link, you can get all the information about that.
I still have a lot of writing and a lot of work to do.
I hope to publish it in the next weeks or months, maximum.
One last update is that I removed the Someday Maybe Projects placeholder tag.
I removed that category from the system because it’s a runway item.
Someday Maybe stuff should remain on the runway.
Sometimes I get carried away too much with a Someday Maybe item.
I start researching it and getting excited about it,
and then you end up with projects that you don’t finish.
That’s not a good way to work.
Instead of letting those items, or letting those things evolve too much,
I keep them on the runway, on the Someday Maybe list,
if I cannot trash them right away.
The difference is the Someday Maybe list you can review it from time to time,
and sometimes there is something useful in there.
That’s about it for the news and updates.
Hope to see you in the next video.
I’ll start covering the collecting process in Evernote.
Thanks for watching. Bye-bye.
