Hi, my name's Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're making homemade
cinnamon rolls. We've just finished baking our cinnamon rolls, and now it's time to remove
them from our cooking container, or cooking pan, and put them on the cooling rack. As
you can see, we have golden brown, a little darker than golden brown, which is common.
If you don't want them this dark, there again, keep an eye on them and put a piece of tin
foil on them over the top once they get to the proper amount of brownness that you want.
But this is actually, when I do them, this is the bottom of the cinnamon roll. And we
need to remove them from the pan, flip them over on our cooling rack, and that will become
the top of our cinnamon roll. To do this, you can use a spatula, whatever you've got
that is safe. And the first one a lot of times comes out very difficult. This one's not going
to give us any trouble but, here we go, get rid of my, because this is still very, very
hot. And there's our first one. Remove them all, put them on our cooling rack, and then
we will add the drizzle.
