This next style of hat that I am going to show you is not necessarily a hat, per se.
It is more of a headpiece. It is basically just feathers that are molded to the head,
and they are going to be, it is going to be in a shape form. When it is actually in reality,
in existence if you are wearing it, you are going to have to have hat pins. Not hat pins
but pins. You are going to have to have it barretted or bobby pinned to hold it onto
your head. Because it is more of a headpiece than it is anything else. It is kind of symbolic
of, like the flapper style for one. Or, like the olive branches or whatever the Greeks
wore. Their headdresses. But, this is just feathers and they all are going to come together
in one point and arch over the head. And then, I am not very good at drawing feathers. So,
I am sure you can probably find better ways to do it. But, I just wanted to show it where
it was very easy to tell what they were. So, I drew my feather stems all coming together
in a point. And then, I drew my stems out and I added in feathering in order to show
what this actually is. That way is comes across better than if I did it all flooffally or
differently.
