Justin Bieber was booed by fans in London -- what happened?
Hey guys, I’m Melana Scantlin. Hollywoodlife.com has the details.
Justin Bieber isn’t having the best week. The pop star had to shoot down accusations
that he brought underaged kids to a club in London on his 19th birthday Friday. Now he’s
issuing a public apology to fans who booed him at a show Monday night.
The pop star was reportedly two hours later to the concert -- which left the crowd more
than upset.
Justin addressed his tardiness on Twitter, disputing the reports that he was 2 hours
late and blaming the delay on technical issues. However, he ultimately took responsibility,
saying:
“I was 40 min late to stage [but] there is no excuse for that and I apologize for
anyone we upset.”
Now the Biebs is looking to smooth things over with his British fans by starting 30
minutes early for all his London shows through the end of the week.
Between his birthday drama and getting booed -- not to mention his public breakup with
Selena Gomez -- it’s clear that being the center of negative headlines is getting to
singer.
Biebs took to Twitter Tuesday to express his frustration, saying, “my relationship with
the media is not always easy but im trying. Im all about the music and the performance
and i respect my fans.”
“NIGHT 2 at the 02 is gonna be even better. get ready. thanks.”
Looks like the Biebs plans to redeem himself.
