You were recently involved in a car accident and you're
wondering how you're going to get your medical bills paid.
Well, let me tell you how. My name is Julie Trinidad and I'm a
case manager with the law office Parker Waichman. Let me first
explain that when you do get in involved in a car accident
regardless of whose fault the accident is, your own insurance
will be paying for your medical bills. They will also be paying
for the medical bills of any passenger in your car, as well
as yourself. They will be paying for your hospital bills, your
medical bills, prescriptions, and lost wages. It is important
that you file your no-fault application within 30 days from
the date of the accident so that all your medical bills will be
covered. Your no-fault benefits
will continue until you've exhausted $50,000 dollars in
medical benefits or you're otherwise cut off through an
independent medical examination by your own insurance company.
You need to know this information and I would be happy
to explain it to you. You can call me at anytime at the law
office of Parker Waichman. And I will thoroughly go over all of
this with you. Again, my name is Julie Trinidad and it would be a
pleasure to further speak with you, and thank you for watching
this video.
