DENISE BENNETT: Hello! My name is Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village.
A little bit of walnuts, Brazil, there we go. This doesn't have to be super fine. We
are not making something that has to stay together. In fact, it won't be. So, the larger
the pieces I think it would be maybe even, more flavor because, try not to over process;
try not to cut things and blend things too small because you'll lose the flavor. That's
my feeling, anyway. That can be a kind of a pitfall about raw foods. Sometimes they
get a little too crazy with the machines. I still like getting my hands in it cutting
something myself. It takes a little more time but we should have that time for things like
this. Get in the garden; get close to those vegetables and fruits that you're putting
on your plate; bless them; thank them for the beautiful things they do; spend some time
in the morning with the sun; those types of things.
