My name is Grace Smith I am a hypnotist and a live coach living in New York City. So I
am now your Hypno Coach. Every single day from
noon until twelve fifteen eastern standard time
Monday through friday I'm going to be offering this free Hypnosis web series. The reason
I am doing this is because, there is a lot of taboo surrounding
Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. We have made tremendous leaps and bounds in the past few years. However
there is still some belief that Hypnosis is mind control
or something related to Voodoo. and its just, it couldn't be further away from the truth.
Hypnosis is just like meditation. However with Hypnosis we have a very clear and defined
goal. Something we would like to achieve and improve in our lives.
So every time you tune into Hypno Coach were going to QCC.
Quiet the mind Connect to our inner selves so that we can create from the heart and when
we create from the heart you can manifest anything we want in
our lives and that's what having a Hypno Coach is all about.
So yesterday we took a poll for what todays topic would be and stress relief came out
on top. So thats what today's focus will be today
while you're at work you can just relax, refresh and reboot
your day and start a new. there is another poll going on what you would like tomorrow
session to be and were recording this session so that
you can listen to it as many times as you like please
share it with your friends and your family. Lets go ahead and get started.
Close your eyes, and just take a few moments to listen to the music, bring your heart
rate down. Beginning to relax, release and let go. And then you begin to extend your
breathing so that you're taking very long and very slow
deep letting go breathes. You might even want to extend your breathing so that
you inhale for five seconds, hold for five seconds and exhale for five seconds and then
hold for five seconds. Thats right. By extending and elongating your
breathing, you are sending more oxygen to your body.
To your mind and this helps you to relax very deeply. Now go ahead to bring all your focus
and attention and awareness to the bottom most part of your
breath. Those five second of pause, before you
inhale where nothing happens. And you notice that all sounds other than my voice just take
you deeper and deeper. The music takes you deeper, any traffic on
your end, and any noise on my end they are simple reminders
to you that all is well in the outside world. And that you can continue to go really deep.
So keeping your eyes closed, go ahead and take another
nice deep letting go breath. And now begin to slowly
repeat after me. Either out loud or silently to yourself. Keeping your eyes closed and
relaxing with every breath. Repeating after me now. Ten
I am going deeper and deeper. Nine I am going deeper and deeper.
Eight I am going deeper and deeper. Seven I am going deeper and deeper. Six I am going
deeper and deeper. Five I am going deeper and deeper. Four I
am going deeper and deeper. Three I am going deeper and deeper.
Two I am going deeper and deeper. One I am going deeper and deeper.
That's right and another nice deep letting go breath. You have already entered into a
beautiful state of Hypnosis. Now lets go ahead and go even
deeper. You realize that your eyelids are very, very, very, heavy.
You try to open them only to find that they just don't want to open. The harder you try
the less they will want to open. And so you stop trying
and go even deeper. That's right. Now go ahead and just
imagine yourself in a place where you feel deep calm and relaxed. This could be a garden,
a beach someplace real or some place imagine. Just
notice the temperature of this safe place. Notice
how it feels to be there, so safe and so deeply relaxed. And then go ahead and find a place
where you can sit or lie down in your imagined safe
place. And go even deeper now. Three doubling your relaxation.
Two doubling your relaxation again. And one very good. And now that you are there in your
safe place feeling so wonderfully relaxed. Just begin
to imagine that a beautiful beam of sunlight, that a white,
bright or golden bright healing light is entering in at the top of your head. Flowing through
your entire body and out through the bottoms of
your feet.You'll notice that with every single breath you take
this white bright healing light of sunshine flows through the top of your head in through
your body and out thru the bottoms of your feet even
more strongly. Now go ahead and amplify and magnify
that white bright healing light. Amplify and magnify that white bright healing light. Go
ahead and notice any stress in your body, the stress might appear as a feeling
like a blockage. Try to imagine it like a piece
of gray, cold or play dough in your body. And just notice now how the white bright healing
light, flows through your body and dissolves any
stress imagine. It dissolves any stress or tension,
melting it out of your body, out of your mind, out of your life and out through the bottoms
of your feet. So that with every single breath
you take, that white bright healing light is entering
into the top of your head, flowing thru your body, out thru the bottoms of your feet. Breaking
up and dissolving any stress, melting it away completely. Out of your mind out of your life
out of your body.
Deeper and deeper now. As you melt away all the stress all the tension. Feeling absolutely
wonderful And as that white bright healing light continues
to flow thru your body up any and all stress. Go ahead and just repeat after me either out
loud or silently to yourself. I live in the present moment,
I am completely relaxed, I'm in charge of how i feel. I live in the present moment,
I am completely relaxed, I am in charge of how i feel. And taking a nice deep letting
go breathe . Repeating after me I release all tension and
stress, into the ground beneath my feet.I release all tension and stress, into the ground
beneath my feet. I release all tension and stress, into the
ground beneath my feet. I am calm, I am in control, I feel wonderful. Ahead and put a
beautiful smile on your face. And take another nice deep letting go breath. And now at this
point I will being to count back up from one to
five.And when I reach the number five you'll just open your eyes feeling absolutely wonderful.
One starting to come back up now, two moving your hands and your feet, three wonderful
levels of energy returning to the body, four stretching
and five opening your eyes, coming back and feeling
absolutely wonderful. at this point I will stop the recording but continue to broadcast
live for anyone who has any questions.
