Hi, this is Mark Kneeskem on behalf of Expert Village and in this clip, I'm going to show
you how to cut your stencil for screen printing. You'll want to cut the small details out first,
working from the inside to the outside. And you'll have little floaters in the middle
of letters and other parts of the designs and you'll want to keep these separate like
in a box or where you're going to be able to find them again because they might get
lost in all the other cuttings. You can get pretty intricate with these things, you can
use textures and very intricate designs such as this shirt I've done right here. You can get very narrow with your cuttings
and very sharp, but that's the importance of the sharp blade. And that is how you cut
a design for screen printing.
