A vision action board is a visual representation of your goals. My goal is running a marathon
on October 5th. So I've taken pictures from magazines and words that inspire me and posted
them up in my kitchen.
I see them all the time so I can't forget.
My goal time to complete the marathon is 4 hours and 15 minutes. I've taken my calendar
and worked backwards from race day. I've started putting in the days I'm going to start training
and the days I'm going to do my long runs.
If you're looking to get in shape, choose pictures that motivate you. Maybe pictures
of your grandchildren, or that place you've always wanted to vacation at.
