On behalf of Expert Village I am Laura Banford and I'm going to show you how to make shrimp
two ways. Well we've cleaned our shrimp, we've wrapped our shrimp in the prosciutto, we've
marinated it and now we're ready to actually saute the shrimp so I'm heating my pan. A
nice heavy bottomed frying pan. I am going to add some grape seed oil. I like grape seed
oil. It is nice and neutral and has a high smoking point. You wouldn't want to use olive
oil in this, grape seed oil or maybe a canola oil are all I would recommend for this. Okay.
Now we have to make sure it is nice and hot and we are going to lay our shrimp into the
pan. You can hear them sizzle, and that means the pan is ready. Now they are going to cook side by side for
about two minutes a side and when we come back we'll plate our delicious prosciutto
wrapped shrimp.
