Hi, I'm Mary Varley, the 3am Stamper, and today's question is:
How do I get glitter off my die? When the holidays come around or any other
fancy celebration occasion, and you want to die-cut some neat images with your Big Shot
and the Glimmer Paper which is all full of glitter, you know you've got left over glitter
on your die and how do you get it off? Well, the answer's really simple...
A lint roller! You just roll it across the die because it's
a foamy or foam-type surface and it comes right up.
Now, this die also has adhesive on it, so the lint roller will take that off, too, keep
working it. If you need to, you may need to take off the
used wrapper on the lint roller and put it back on... go over the die again.
But anyway... yep, this is getting pretty clean! This was a snowflake used at Christmas.
The other option you can use should you not have a lint roller is your basic household
tape. What you do is (this is something your grandparents
probably did to get lint off their clothes - back when - I know my mother taught me)
Anyway, you just make a loop of the tape and go over your die (or your clothes) and remove
lint, glitter, adhesive... works really, really well.
So, that's how you get glitter off your die. This is Mary Varley, the 3am Stamper, bringing
you inspiration - and answers - from the middle of the night.
