and today I'm going to talk about 10 top fertility booster
things that you can do naturally in your daily life style that are too difficult
to increase your fertility chances and to increase your chances of getting
pregnant
so number one on the list is high ORAC containing fruits
things like a acai, goji berries, pomegranate
prunes things that are high in
natural antioxidants which helps to quench those free radicals that were
exposed to on a daily basis
really important that we doing that. What I have found in my patience
a lot of women who had difficulty conceiving
weren't eating a lot of these high ORAC containing
fruits in their diet so want them very simple things that you can do of course
if you can't have access and you don't have access to a lot of these
high ORAC containing fruit is to take our Vitafruits. Vitafruits

that gives you the equivalent when you take them together approximately seven

It's totally up to you, what your body digests best is what you should be
eating and what you like a course as well. Number nine on my list is
red raspberry tea red raspberry tea has been known for centuries to be
a tonic to the uterus and this is really great when you're trying to
conceive
to make sure that it's strengthening actually the walls
of the uterus, so important in maintaining
a healthy pregnancy but we don't do this during pregnancy so once you do become
pregnant
you can lay off the red raspberry tea usually until the last trimester and
that's when it's safe to start consuming it again. So that's my number nine on my list
one of my favourites and number 10 coconuts are great
because it helps to maintain again our insulin levels as well as maintaining
our hormonal levels and this is one of the great
reasons why its number 10 on my list. Coconuts is one of my favorite foods
in terms of keeping our fertility
in check and helping with fertility if you have difficulty I highly suggest
that you start
having coconut oil on a daily basis. All you need is as a small table spoon
eating the flesh coconuts as well, drinking coconut water contains a lot of electrolytes
and all of those essential
minerals that we need especially if you're exercising one of the easiest and
best things that you can do for your health
