What I did with this record is alot of Body Tricks as they call them
I start off the same way, just to build up
Instead of putting on a record, and going straight at it and doing Body Tricks
I'll do some double ups to lead into the bodytricks
That way the sounds, We call them "punches"
Everthing that hits is punching
I'll do my double ups
Bodytricks start with going back and forth and learning how to "backspin"
Backspinning is just..
So once you master that..
Start off slow... you can't just start off using your back
and doing crazy stuff right away. You might want to start off with a spin
