So this is The Bullet Twirl by Andrei Jikh, and, uh.. It looks very flashy, very, uh...
professional.. Not really the word I'm looking for but we'll go with it. It's very, uh..
Very skillful, that's the word, heh, that I'm lookin' for. 'Cause it looks really hard
and it's just this really flashy, eye-catching flourish, um.. it is really easy. So I'm
gonna do it a little slower and I'm not gonna move the wrist, just to let you guys kinda
see what exactly is happening. That's really what it is. Just doing that up to speed and
kinda.. giving your wrist that kind of little twirl really.. helps get that kind of fluttering
effect. Um.. So lets' go ahead and learn it. Now the first thing you need to do is obviously
get one card from the top, now.. to prevent the risk of pulling more cards or.. messing
it up, what have you.. The top card with my thumb is simply just out-jogged just like
that, that's enough, just a little bit to get a little lip there, and with your index
finger, you come over and you pull it to the bottom of the deck, like so. So you need to
be able to do that.. and then move on to the second part. So after you have pulled it down,
your middle finger will be against the corner, so if you push your index finger you'll notice
that it turns.. and at this point you extend your middle finger.. and angle it to be on
top of your index finger, and pinch it. And then those fingers will reverse. And I'll
show you what I mean right now. Just like that, kay? Now once you're here, you curl
these fingers back towards the deck, and your middle finger will be the one that holds it
against the deck as your index finger has to clear. Just like that. And your thumb comes
over and just kinda helps square it. Now it's gonna be out-jogged at this point, and this
is where you finish up. And you're going to, with your thumb, drag it across the side,
and letting go with your thumb lets you lever the pack with these fingers so you can get
a good clear.. um.. whatever you wanna call it (OBVIOUSLY MEANT PATH) to the bottom. **Laughs**
I can't think of the word, and you want to pull it down and at an angle to square it
with the pack, just like that. So I'll go through it a couple times really slow so you
can follow along with me, at a different angle. Kay. We'll do it once here. And I'll do it
one more time. Oops, sorry about that. That was a mess up, heh. Okay. Um.. Now, do not
**sigh** .. try and go as fast as you can when you first start. Um.. You know, just..
go through the movements. And really learn **laughs** how to, uh.. how everything works
for you, where you need to put your hands, and what feels best. And, uh.. the speed will
come along. Um.. what you're gonna notice.. Well, what I noticed, the few problems that
you'll have is it kind of looks, at first once you're starting to get a little better
and you start to speed up, it will look like almost.. choppy. It will sort of look, robotic
at points. Um, that's just gonna happen, that is just basically you can't do it at the speed
you're trying to **laughing**. Um.. But give it time and it'll smooth out. And.. the other
thing that will happen is sometimes you may lose grip with your index finger, or you pull
it too hard, and you, fling it. It's gonna happen, um, you're always gonna drop cards
with everything, so, don't worry about that. Um.. Another problem you may have is one you
saw me have, um, where you miss the deck and you just.. do this thing, it's like a little
display **laughs**. Um.. That's fine, you just reverse the movement or you just pull
it right on to the pack and you keep going. Now the last tip, um.. How you make it look
so flashy, is the wrist movement. You don't want it too.. **wide motion** You don't want
it **laughs**like that, that's way too distracting, it's just your wrist, just slightly in a circle,
or in the way that it's (the card) going. So you kind of follow the card, just like
that. And just that will be enough to really make it look flashy and more impressive than
it actually is. So I hope you guys enjoyed it, I hope you guys could learn, um.. tryin'
to keep this video a little short, and, uh.. Seeya next time.
