Now that we've got our lime zest and our lime juice in our sour cream mixture, we're going
to add some green onion or scallion. I'm just going to run my knife through and do some
pretty small slices of my green onion, and then we'll add it to our mixture here. Green
onion is going to give it really a nice flavor as well as color. It's really, really great.
If you don't like green onion, don't worry. You don't have to add this. You can just leave
it as a lime mixture and just kind of from there. I know some people with green onions
they don't like to slice all the way down to white part, but I really think there's
a lot of great flavor in the white part of the green onion. I slice all the way down
to about the root and then that's it. That's all the green onion. Got one stock in there.
I'm just going to add it here to my sour cream. The last thing to this sour cream I need to
add is going to be the salt and pepper. I'm going to add about a teaspoon of salt and
about a half a teaspoon of pepper. You want to make sure that it is nice and seasoned.
It's going to make all the other flavors jump out. Alright, that looks good. I'm going to
give it one more stir here, make sure every things nice and mixed. Again, this is another
one of those things that the longer it sits kind of the flavors meld together a little
bit better. Alright. There's our chive sour cream with lime.
