Hi I am Emily Larew continuing on with our Hip Hop Dance Choreography. We are now on
our fifth count of eight. Counts five through eight and we are going to do an arm windmill
alright. So let’s continue and show you how to do that. So we just went down on four,
looking over to the left. Our right arm is going to come up. You are going to keep them
straight, left arm comes up. Start creating that windmill affect. Right arm comes right
underneath, left arm stays straight. So we are in a punch position. Both arms are in
fist ok. So we did this on four. We have five and six and the head is going to look to the
right as well. Now it is not straight up and down. Your torso is bent to the right and
over. Alright, it is just like a twisted up pretzel right here. So three four our left
is going to push off the floor. Five and six, it crosses back. Alright right behind you
knees are bent. Almost like you have to go to the bathroom really bad and your left foot
is on the ball of your foot, ok. So three four push off big five keep it bent, keep
it bent and flex. So five and six we are going to step together. Right arm comes around and
you are going to bounce seven. So you are going to do a little pop as you straighten
your knees. Seven we are going to twist our heels eight and. And as we twist our heels
to the right we are going to pull our shoulders and our elbows to the right as well. So we
have and seven we are going to go eight and. Nice and sharp little movements ok. So take
it back from four. Two three four five and six and go forward and towards yourself, seven
eight and. Good let’s take it back from the top. Add it together. Five six five six
seven. So we have got one two three four five six seven eight. One two three four five six
seven eight. One two three four five six seven eight. One two and three four five six seven
eight. One two three four five six and seven eight and. Good that was our windmill with
our arms for advanced Hip Hop Choreography.
