Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. We have put our dough aside, it has been resting for
a hour. Now we took it out of the refrigerator and we are going to work with it. We are going
to need a lot of flour for this part to. We are going to roll it again to the size it was before we fold it up. This
time if you remember we have the 2 dough together. We are going to fold it a second time the
same way we did before. If it comes out, I'm just going to take this part out and put it
aside cause it did not tuck in nicely. Although you can put it in the middle and later on
it is just, you are going to see where it needs to fold it up again. So it is just going
to get mixed with all the dough. Again we look at the center of the dough, we are going
to take the first side fold it towards the middle. Then the other side fold it up again.
You are going to take the top and the bottom and fold it up one more time like that.
