but of the david packard still be alive on youtube hyder everyone watching from
the we survived bush you survive all your survival politics the pages lausd
i love it when i wake up in the morning and brock obama is
page tonight is the third of
three presidential debates brock obama will be there
mit romney will be there
jill stein
will probably not be there and what you want to get arrested once again jule
styne who is the green party presidential candidate
showed up at hofstra university for the second presidential debate
to try to enter the debate grounds and she was arrested
along with her running mate sherry han call it we have some video and audio
this is the address that was a very
peaceful non-violence arrest but it is certainly representative of
a really significant problem which really delve into a second here let's
take a look at the lesson of this
activity which block detractors smart rights
done
birdies
was part of it
business daily
right everybody should be
does there's the arrest taking place very casual if i because nobody really
even seems to be
even officers realize beable to read
doing here resting these two women i know we have to do it because that's
that's the line where here as representatives of of
of law enforcement but what what are we doing here ladies gentleman uh...
describe no one was kicked in the face
uh... plunged in the face body slammed neice or shot lieutenant casual pepper
spray cop lieutenant john pike was seen running up to this address in completely
out of breath holding two cans of pepper spray saying well we adhere on here
and they said sorry
too late to do buddy they've been taken away already
so this this is that why why is it wise jule styne not
at the debates that we had to debate that according to the rules
uh... rules of course which are set by
many of the same people who want to maintain the status quo deal in the
two-party electoral system
are that you must be garnering fifteen percent in the national polls in order
to participate in these national debates
now i start thinking about this
we've seen over the last
i don't know
very long time presidential elections
at the popular vote level
tend to see a difference a you know there was the winning margin is
sometimes as big as
five percentage points
sometimes it's a small as almost nothing right we're talking about a few hundred
votes in florida for example
when you have
a difference making
barometer
uh... well when when the amount of of
boats that it could take to make a difference is between almost zero in
five percent
to require
five times that uh... rather bull depending on where you're at that
spectrum
three five ten fifteen times that fifteen percent to even be in the debate
it just doesn't make sense it doesn't make any sense
let me give you another example
let's say we were looking at
poison and food and what you know we know that there's certain amounts
of products that better and better dangerous in foods and we said okay
uh... we've determined that
these ten things which uh... are potentially harmful there and food are
harmful if they exist at more than five parts per million
and then we had the f_d_a_ or someone else a uh... well
you only have two listing greedy ins
that are in there
above
fifty parts per million week they hold on a second
something can be bad four u at five parts per million and it doesn't even
have to be listed unless it's fifty parts per million
a different situation but it's an analogy which tells us
if two percent can make a difference why do you need for fifty percent to be in
the in the debates and it goes to further the idea
you're never going to get
and you never gonna get two fifteen
if you keep people out made that that's really what's going on and that
your example actually does happen uh... all the time
uh... with food ten but yeah i mean everything
everything is stacked against uh... third-party
candidates and it's
it's not just uh... it's not just the laws that have been put in place uh...
by the people who want to keep things the same i mean it's just our culture
it's it's
going to be very hard to get any type of change mode as one part of it and we
need that we need the third party candidate debate and we hope to have
jule styne on soon and hopefully we can talk to her about this but there's also
another part which is
the hesitation to vote for these candidates because you say well done
if i'm going for jill stein
my number two option is brock obama so essentially i'm helping mit romney in
this particular election even if i'm voting for the green party so if they
get five percent support
billion federal funding next election
you don't wanna reliability if your goal and having a third party candidate if
you're on the left is to have someone more left
or if you're on the right to have someone more right than the republican
candidate
you would be scared or weary of really pushing that because of the other side
is and also pushing somebody
you risk hurting the guy that's at least closer to your views this is really the
paramount problem isn't on
and i think uh...
this kind of proves that you know a first-round burn off loading situation
would be a lot better and also to be able to have a second choice the people
who say for example on my first choice is jill stein
but if she doesn't get a plurality um... my second choices of all bomb on the
same on the right instead runoff voting
would be absolutely what we need in conjunction with more reasonable limits
for what it takes to get a third party candidate i think you know i don't think
you the finance reform along with campaign finance reform but putting that
is aside for senate i don't think if you have point five percent support in
national polls that warrants you necessarily being at the final
presidential debates
however the the burden can't be fifteen it has to be i don't know
four percent
five percent within an average of national polls
you've got reef three four five percent support
we've got to talk about some system that allows those people depart doesn't it
because being on the national stage in the first place
it's gonna push them over the five percent they need to get federal funding
the next election it's gotta happen right utility musica *** yet re talking
just plain numbers too many five percent
of the entire population is pretty substantial no question about it that's
not just uh... you know me writing in lewis went on anyone
they're very different
we've got to talk about this further
we're gonna continue talking about it after the election a matter who wins and
we hope that you'll start on
then fly talking about faq unrelated
ben stein went on fox news
and this is in the first and he said that we need to raise taxes on the rich
to help the economy
but he actually said i hope idon't *** kill
given that i'm saying this on fox news and of course he got the admitted the
usual question from
i think it's the duty of one of the people on fox and friends
and it was that what we could spending too much
ben stein making
and obvious case
for what needs to happen here
is the way in which was six economy was entitlements spending
taxes parties had
i don't think there's any way we can cut spending enough
i think you can be whatever you're gonna have to raise taxes on very rich people
people and absolutely two three four million
and then slowly socially meridian
two-digit year
that's not originally i don't think washington just has aids spending i
don't i think that it does that mean problem
articulated partners problem
but they also had to look at you problem though with all due respect
watching my love like mothers and sisters well there that product shipped
laws are there for seconds funny because he is making it clear the reason he's
scared to say the stuff is because boxes so overtly of right wing
anti-tax is on the rich
nobody's arguing that they were there no point did and you either of these three
individuals on the catch the do see brian kilometer and and gretchen carlson
they never say
well what what do you mean i mean we do news we we're open to all day never say
that it's almost like this complicity acceptance that yeah
it is fox news and and we have an agenda here
it's great problem let's continue a little more here from ben stein
eyeball simpson
it is mostly you agreed with the deficit had been expanding and respected
morality was brought into launch here sitting at a time
well because you've got a growing grows growing during that time
uh... but uh... didn't wait the more revenue women rather than the
attachement revenues are larger punch into things tax rates at a level of
economic activity level of economic activity is very high and in two
thousand eight so they're bringing more money
but action when tax revenues exceed cell
and who doesn't want to do that as you do
then they recovered
right beset with the then continued is great economic mine i don't know what
they have will eventually be reticent or the rate
taxes which you are bloody evidence is that the f_a_a_ brian kill me says it
will bet you have a great economic might
note he understands with the basic stuff like you rich people pay less on taxes
that's not gonna create jobs because they're not gonna go out hire people out
of those were people to have businesses their living off of investments and
number two
you would still continue to invest even with higher capital gains rate up until
the point at which there's a negative return in other words if you can have
your dollars working for you remember
the taxes on the game not the initial capital if you can have your dollars
think about your dollars as employees if your employees after paying those
employees paying the pacs on the gain your employees are still going to bring
you an again
the economic ah... ah... incentive is that you continue producing because you
have a positive marginal revenue there
and he would keep doing it felt this edited the data required genius there
doesn't work with economic might it requires common sense as a right this is
going to keep trying to to catch him somehow in jamaican admit something that
uh...
it's not going to happen
uh... he completely dominates fox news i love it
and he's a conservative
right that that he's a republican he's a conservative you just understands that
this this is a silly way of going about things cutting taxes on on the rich
cards
facts are good
that's a good and i think he understands that i think he does hope within a day
at a live
interesting graph i wanna show you because in the last of it we had a lot
of talk about uh... surrounding the today there was talk about gas prices
okay
and we see so much of blame this on to present obama everytime gas prices go up
of course when they come back off of those ties we never hear any credit
given to him for that
as we've talked to a condoms richard wolf on this show the president has very
little to do
with gas prices but let's play the game that republicans are playing
which is that because of the super high gas prices
that took place during the obon administration we should not re-elected
we need somebody like i definitely on me
i would be lower gas prices uh...
at a graph up here and i'll describe the graph for you
the graphic outlines
u_s_
retail
gasoline prices on a monthly basis now
if we look at the highest point your lewis
which is
in two thousand eight
it's actually to wife two thousand that is under george w bush
and we reached
a high of
four point one one four dollars per gallon under george w bush
if we look for the highest point under president obama it's a little further
down in twenty eleven where you see this little pig here near you the right of
the graph
and that was mary
twenty eleven redknapp dollars and ninety six cents per gallon so
understand that this is not
about the president
but for those making it about the president you have to admit george w_
bush had way more of a problem of gas prices and present obama
again just numbers here numbers ah... uh... apparently very liberally biased
when it comes to the republican community yeah people really need to be
there more responsible when went during our decisions around we were we were not
the end of bush
but we never accused him of
of making gas prices
decide
no question about you
the depend remember the girl who stood up at the second debate her name is
catherine bentsen
and she asked the candidate the question about the gender pay gap if you don't
remember her this is the question that she asked that want to remind you
what that was like
fantastic
appellate cap
uh... who has a question for you
in what you were used to u_n_ tension active fighting a quality is in the
workplace
specific writing emails making on the seven eighty percent what their male
counterparts and
occurred that was the question
now that question of course led to mit romney saying he doesn't support the
willie ledbetter fair packed that led to mit romney referencing that he is
binders full of women they're just exploding with women
so what happened to this girl this twenty four-year-old young lady
what the outback city
asked about gender inequality mind you in public and outloud without him and
telling her it was okay for her to speak what some conservatives didn't like that
lewis
and as it turns out the conservator the cation the free beacon which we've cited
in the past
published an article
with no byline anonymously published i guess it was by the entire team there
may be room for whatever reason they're not naming who with the authors
smearing
the woman
smearing catherine bentsen
typical from the right
and they're actually going too far past the flight shaming her
they started posting and of course anonymously and it was no byline
tweets allegedly from katherine sentenced twitter account which quote
reveal
that purple juice
is her choice to get blackout drunk
and she has a history of getting wet at happy hour
so again personal attacks ad hominem wasn't lewis
it's almost decided it was she she's allowed to just go out there and ask
these questions
and nobody's checking out whether she ever hit at drinks alcohol
whether she's ever posted anything on twitter
it's almost like when trade on martin
had once been suspended from school it kind of justifies that he's guilty at
uic smoked marijuana k exactly exact
it wasn't catherine fattened should be glad matter even letting her vote have
there she ask a question though is it doesn't make any sense at all
madness the other thing also
it's almost as if someone who strap the dog through the roof of their car or
had multiple affairs and divorced wives while they were safe here had a ranch
named after the n_-word
it's not imagine if they were allowed to actually be real candidates on the
republican side it would be just as crazy as someone having purple juice and
asking if i could never happen it would never happen this country now
monday book recommendation made possible in part by
a fashion of *** the best-selling satirical forecast of american politics
circa twenty fifteen
praise as utterly whole areas for boating and entertaining by joanna
louise johnson on amazon dot com
i got a lot of
great email but also some hate mail when i recommended
uh... lady in the lake
and what are the ones that recommended by the time by raymond chandler
um... sorry blundered by the long goodbye recommended a number of raymond
chandler books and i got an email saying
you can say he really started on you have to give credit dashell hammett so
that's what i'm doing uh... this is one of my favorites
if you haven't read this
you've got to take a look at the maltese falcon by dashell hammett
certainly
in the vein of raymond chandler
a little bit different terms of the style
fantastic book you will enjoy it doesn't matter if you're more into fantasy
or fiction or romance novels as lewis's or sci-fi or whatever the case may be
the maltese falcon by dashell hammett is a fantastic story it's just a good story
that's all it is
doesn't matter what the john meraz list and the movie adaptations considered one
of the uh... one of the greatest movies of all time i've never seen it is that
true
i don't know
let's take a break
on the boat show today great stories hosted by louis without any good at
david packing dot com slash membership and support the show play more stated
david that's you know
david packard dot com
welcome back to the david back-bencher welcome back to the show what i said
hello to a new david hackman show member you may not realize this but there's
some evidence that pang windsor liberal are are part of a liberal conspiracy to
scare people about global warming
you can find out more liberal bias dot com which makes our membership program
possible
john kirk john kirk is a new david packard remember it's great to have them
no confusion of course with creek cameron
line sometimes accused of looking like and of course is an extreme
religious right wing guy who
we really have no interest in having any involvement with the show
completely separate situation from john kerr who were actually really thankful
for having his membership
suli
and romney what on the view
and it was despicable
what was more disgusting her joking about the accident
in which mit romney
and led to the death of a woman in france in nineteen sixty eight
or and romney's saying
being a mormon missionary and trying to convert people to more minutes and
is equivalent
to serving in the military during wartime
what will look at both and you tell me with more fat
this is a great article in the examiner by a friend who college of aunty from
uh... from the examiner as well as from the we survive bush you'll survival
palmer page
and romney's shows up at the vfw
and she's asked a number of different questions about
how long have you end up in marion this and that then you know uh... with and
you were separated for a while
and an romney talks about when that was in france doing his missionary work and
have it in six other
and shane jokingly says
that may actually ended up in the hospital when he was in france which is
true
and she says it's because he was so broken-hearted
over not being nearer and romney now let's take a listen to that but i'll
tell you the reality of the situation is pretty horrific agreed waitress an act
that is exceptional and tampines frank at this part of mention right but there
was one point that i think that did you
outbreak up
well metacritic at
all right
separated for very long time we've we dated in high school and then he went
stanford for your name on a mission for two-and-a-half years right
and cm really for like three and a half years during that time
uh... i was of course dating other people are having fun in and sorry for
getting about middle of it too much
and i think that really kind of her in a lot need nearly nearly put 'em exceeded
put in the hospital when he was increased it was hard
overall help
look for in a hospital for the
well the real reason mixture of middle east never do that in person can in that
romney was in the hospital
when he was in france lewis
but he wasn't there not because he was broken-hearted over and romney
he was in the hospital in france because he crashed the car nineteen sixty eight
which killed the woman the car accident killed the woman
and mit romney actually was unclear whether he was even going to survive it
it's unclear as we know there's very little information
what with the right word there is speculation even though mitt romney's
religion for big tend to drink whether he may have been under the influence we
don't know there is not a record of that they're actually surprisingly few
records about this accident
and that's that's the joke that's the andromeda llc now
the comparison would be
the questions we were talking about this yesterday louis actually
uh... is this relevant to mit romney's presidency is it relevant over the net
romney is a president now this has no bearing on mit romney as a president
that that's that's correct
it talks a lot about and run his character now here is the equivalent
and equivalent is what you know what i'm getting too
chappaquiddick and ted kennedy
would it be relevant to ted kennedy were alive today
or any point
the chappaquiddick incident
a uh... a political issue and i would say no it's not about that that's not
the right comparison the comparison would be
ted kennedy's wife
were to go on a show like the view
and to joke around about how all you know
it's funny
ted's good it's winning into getting out of cars and swimming ahhaha apa or
that has some experience with the drug
hahahahaha
would be very very offensive and it would really to me say a lot about who
were looking at
as a potential first lady here
that's the comparison the comparison to it what is it relevant about mit romney
as a politician
i agree it's not
but this is a very
in poor taste joke to be making and i guarantee you if everybody in the
audience new what the joke was alluding to they're not going to be happy lives
uh... maybe ninety is it possible that she just
didn't really think about where she was saying
or is this is that excuse
i don't think so excuse now
if you're so callous that you don't even realize that that's an offensive joke to
be making that the bigger problem
that that is an even bigger problem and here's the other part talking about
will be goldberg asking her about uh... dejected survey didn't serve their
religion their missions whatever
and andromeda again making the comparison of iran is made that the
conveyor
service to mormon isn't internet run these campaigns
art are equivalent
serving in the military take a listen
uh... but he did this thing that i loved and i will tell you this statement when
i have these boys
you are now is mothers
uh... that when you're raising children that one of the most selfish periods in
their life
is about eighteen nineteen twenty
human that's present
flooded and that's what they're pretty selfish during that time and my boys
uh... opted serve missions and they went away for two years and i sent to my boys
and he came back and right at the n wud the difference flies and i think this is
what military service is so extraordinary to where you literally do
something with your helping someone else you're going outside of yourself and
your working in helping others and that changes you it changes you and you know
noses disgusting not only a few she's actually doing the obvious he's not
saying
mormonism is like a military services accessing the opposite that this is
really all about warming mission
and military service kind of you know if i have to included it kinda have some of
the same components of really
helping people and all clearly turning boys into men and blah blah blah blah
blah
i'm sick of it
and if if i am if i know that if i was at work an army that
military that
and i'm not if i were in the military and i'm not
i would be incredibly offended by this new idea that's sending mid off
in this case it meets kids but net did this to
going off during the vietnam war
uh... avoiding having to go fighting the war that you've publicly vocally are in
favor of
and pension funds in
proselytize ng hanging around in france and proselytize ng
and that that's equivalent to two what it's like to be in the military in other
words mitt romney's experience of of
proselytize ng in france during the vietnam war is the same as if you've
been fighting in that war
if it's disgusting it's ridiculous it's completely offensive and i can
understand why single member of the military
would vote for for mit romney and uh... and would not find this absolutely
disgusting finest despicable rockland process ising deep also to be completely
despicable services double whammy there's a will there's a double yeah
the fox new psychiatrist story last week we had a story about doctor keith
avalible went on fox news is psychiatrist and he said well based on
joe biden laughing during the vice presidential debate
i think i wouldn't rule out the possibility of dementia or that he had
been drinking both incredibly offensive one based on laughing the other
offensive because as we know uh... drug joe biden's uh...
first wife and a daughter that he had were killed by drunk driver so
incredibly offensive now i got an email from bend saying
how is it different if foxnews has a psychiatrist on
analyze joe biden and diagnosed him with potential dementia
then if david pacman
has an expert on sociopathic behavior come on analyze mit romney
and says mitt romney's a sociopath
let's talk about this let's get into this because there are a number of
differences here where do you find the differences to be
first of all we're not claiming to be
professionals of any sort so that that we if we when we make because we have
had an expert on to talk about that but we've discussed that we had the same
sociopath yet
is just our take on that that's what we and if you look at the clip of this guy
he actually says
now i didn't actually study
the debate and study joe biden but i am here is a psychiatrist as here's a
strike is he says he didn't even really watch the debater once you buy it and he
says below wall there might be dimension he said that what he says that he didn't
evaluate him in person
right and is it that considered dimension
there's so many issues here and the other one is that what we're talking
about here
is based on laughing when we say that you know
we know that politicians and c_e_o_s tend to have a higher level of sociology
than the average population
and we're analyzing actions of mit romney's over a long period of time
that not in in the facial expressions even though that is a part of mit
romney's bizarre nature
or any and a relaxing
it's really about
the things he's done over a long period of time that make us think given that
politicians tend to be high on that scale what i would assume maybe run is
even higher on that scale it's very very different
we're talking about the clinical definition
of psych opera fee
it's really really encompasses a lot it doesn't fit with the digis net genera
connotation to it when you call someone a psychopath there's a there's also two
other things which is that
psychotic the is a scale in the same way that is nice this is an in the same way
that is
someone tight
and people are on that scale at different levels
that's very different than a psychiatrist going on in based on a
couple of chuckles during a debate
saying we may have a a con man who is the meant it was suffering from dementia
were very very different things yes
big difference between saying somebody might have some
psychopathic traits
and of this man clearly suffers from dimension because i heard him laugh
during a debate completely different completely irresponsible to absolutely
that's it for this segment okay it we need to get on to my calc was going to
talk to us coming up after the break face book dot com slash david package of
checkout or face book page
checkout david patten dot com slash geared for t-shirts like the one lewis's
wearing back after this
david admin shelves and david madeleine dot com
welcome back david adventure
trainees mike elke is a labor reporter he's been covering all aspects of labor
in and around the twenty th of presidential campaign
mike let's talk about this recently audio of mit romney suggesting that
people who have businesses should tell their employees
uh... how they should vote
and that there's nothing illegal about basically making your case for who you
think will be better for that companies economic future
outline for us what are the one of the laws what's legal and illegal about
implying or telling employees how did how they should vote
filters up looking for you know is that this will soon be claudio i found this
on the web site at www business lobby group
this is something on the open i'll get their advertising
and what's happened is that a result of citizens united
uh... cooperate
she's canal talk to their employees about politics became who's been wheat
volunteer purple pope benedict
us has been out which incorporates george's and environment political free
speech
so what's happened is that scissors you know it has been people
being is that these two restrictions that reputed corporations
from talking directly to their employees about politics
this is all of us to troubleshoot but what it might be missing spotters posed
it you should tell you and please
jobs depend on me being reelected
uh... obviously that's a scapegoat from bosnia botched comes and says
if u reelect me there's a high living within one might lose their jobs
a lot of people who go ahead
beach scared him to go to properly
uh... so this is a really scary scenario in many ways like taking the entire
union
union buster label can applying it to look for fall
okay so let's talk about the legality mit romney even getting on the record in
that phone call saying hey
there's nothing illegal about this
what what is nowhere is that line in terms of what is legal and what is not
legal
there's no line didn't stuff
is you're forestalled italy to campaign but you can still be you believe that
pretty hard to it
um... that's the only one
uh... utility your boss is julie world middle bombay called a permit mom you
got to do a rear basketball area
that's legal
understands that you know
so i was listening to a couple of other programs that we're talking about this
in the last week or so
and
one at one of you on this and encouraged to get your thought on is that
while the employee employer is protected in terms of what he can say as far as
supporting political candidates based on citizens united that if the employee can
prove and this is not the easiest thing to prove but can prove that
there was a reasonable
fear that they specifically would be fired or otherwise reprimanded or pay
would be affected by their political decisions their vote what have you
that that would actually go beyond citizens united in a separate idid these
cases would be have to be happy made individually but that there would be
something illegal there employee was felt
coerced into voting
if you remove gray area
uh... and then matter is that quite frankly how many workers are gonna wanna
soooo corporation butted up three-year term
uh... not very much
so while there might be some legal protections it's a gray area
and not to impose their will to go about college opp religion when they get
worried intentions tough finding other jobs
no question about it
so what what can people do in other words what should i be saying on our
program which is progressive
which believes that citizens united was a mistake right what what can the left
really do what with the most effective messages that we need to go all the way
to a constitutional amendment that will effectively overturn citizens united
which is a huge task
are there shorter term things what about for this particular election
what what is the message we want to give to these voters who are the subject
of these about football club with a political recruitments as they may be
wanted to be good
message is one that uh...
you know that workers need to talk about about this
talk to reporters and let people know maybe not on the red carpet baby off the
record and let them know about this kind of boom-boom relationship that we we've
been documented
and i think documenting impatient blues busload unit that's the short term
visual
uh... we leave you a bit another admit the term way to do with the kids quite
frankly uh...
the only protection most folks would have against being fired
is to be a member of the unit
uh... you know you means to protect folks in these kind of situations that
certain clear spell out terms union contracts right you can be fired
uh... and so i think that's the biggest solution number three eighty certainly
uh... we have to overturn citizens united across controlled manner of
somber i_d_ joining these are the uh... the big things that people to be doing
let's talk a little bit about also you know you said what it would an
individual
really wanna soooo company over their belief they may be coerced in terms of
their voting because then it could be a year or two in court you've got mortgage
payments to make
there that same logic apply a lot of times with what would weider is not more
uh... uh... movement towards union organization in some of these companies
and at the same type of thing right you really don't want to be the one that
stands out and even the legally you can't be fired
four looking to create you know that's what it's like a very difficult for you
can't where are you really can't really difficult for you
uh... out
spoke yeah i think it's a real problem uh... how much it nichole typical oldest
that so
you know and i think most folks i mean well educated enough to realize that
they have these opts to speak out if you go to
all right for a bottom line
there really is nothing illegal about what mit romney said
there was nothing a legal dot congressman schiff joe walsh standing up
there are a bar in saying hey all of you would businesses

we're we don't know what the results of the next election will be but in either
case we're going to need
alternative corporate media mit romney when election
we are really going to need
alternative corporate media
put together
the stories
about actual people
corporate driven news
we're going to need true progressive media outlets
if president obama wins
we're really going to need
true progress of media outlets that actually push the president
to be as progressive as possible because as we know luis
if it depended on the corporate media who just want to push the two-party
horse races sexually and not really have any change we're not gonna get very far
so please consider david and i can't remember i can think of a of a more
important time
for strong independent media
gauges it is a must
the more the better
update on my speeding ticket hearing several months ago i got a speeding
ticket on the way to the studio i believe that speeding ticket was
incorrect i don't believe that he there
uh... the speed is measured accurately or it was even my car that was measured
i don't know what happened so i appealed the ticket
and i sent in a list of items which i have here that i wanted in terms of
uh...
uh... documentation so i could research the the details of that speeding ticket
i would say i assume that what he did get those documents in the mail or i
wouldn't turns out by was scheduled for hearing before a clerk magistrate today
so actually went today i had my hearing i had my day in court as they say louis
where i would make the case that they need these
documents here number of these were accepted a couple were not
so i went up there
they made me way until the very last person about an hour and twenty minutes
i soon because
they find this incredibly annoying and they want to deal with five minute
dismissal or not dismissal and i was there to request documents are went in
there
the clerk magistrate basically just said so i have your letter requesting these
documents
uh... let's go through them and he started going to demand that the key
is i want the notes
you know how the there's the speeding ticket and you get
a copy of the speeding ticket
immediately after on the back on a page that you don't get the officer writes a
bunch of notes like for example
heavy traffic light traffic all sorts of different things
i need those notes for getting to know what kind of an argument to make when i
go in there if it is the
if i'm gonna go in there and is saying
he must have been it was a bit different car
and it says there was absolutely no traffic on the road at this time that's
gonna be a tough argument to make that that's the key thing gotta have that
right
absolutely
clerk magistrate making it available to me good start right
good sarquilla okay
so that i asked for the training records of the officer
on the light argued that that was used to measure my speed past for a
certificate that that particular device had been calibrated properly i'd ask for
d operator's manual for that device because we need to make sure that not
only is the opposite trained on it and that is calibrated
but that he's using in the way that the actual manufacturer of the light our
unit
believes it should be used all pretty reasonable stuff right right
so that was all good
the one that they said no go on was that one of the patrol car assignments for
that day
and the reason i wanted that was it for is if the officer that pulled me over
decided on his own will let let's go back
if he was assigned to be sitting that that particular location doing radar
that day that's one thing
if you decided on his own to start doing that but i would have a number of
questions like for example
what made him pick that spot to park
uh... what was the prevailing speed limit
at the time how long did he actually sit there and measure speeds before he
pulled me over with i the the first car that went by was at the tenth car two
hundred car how long was the sitting there
they said no i'm not gonna get that
and uh... i doubt that actually after that will kanika case that make it said
no i'm not admitting it method ok very good thank you
so all in all
five out of seven i got the other one that was in no is just one that was a
duplicate incident cut you kind of already getting so
five out of sevens really not that i feel like an *** and good documentation
here i will build my case now i'd love to play this voicemail
i've made a joke about martin gary goes to gloria allred
representing me for the speeding ticket was an obvious jokes someone didn't
think so when they left me this voicemail take a listen to this list
total control eight seven one care
apocryphal of review just uh...
well you are
holding up well
the too
you're hiring order
buster correct
you tried to hire one take it very lawyer
while the on probable company
how much you kathmandu
first of all it was an obvious jokes
that i was hired martin keira goes as a celebrity defense attorney he's not
coming to massachusetts
he's not going to traffic court with me that's number one anybody should be able
to realize that
number two there's some anti-semitic undertones here what
if if they'd jewell hires the lawyer he clearly got the money from a bar mitzvah
that what we're talking about here at the time
i think we're talking about textbook anti semitism having that sort of in the
book i don't think even needs
uh... explaining its just the oldest uh... com in the book
that said i would only need to go further into it
maybe just maybe just about you
by i i hadn't
it by and i didn't even have a bar mitzvah that that's the uh... that the
uh... the uh... the cherry on top so to speak
none of us did here
crackberry richer
so anyway bill uh... unlike whatever ideas you have about where jews get
money
uh... i'm not hiring is her knee and if i did the few times i have hired an
attorney
it did not come out of my bar mitzvah money
i guess it's good to make that clear on the show because not everybody knows
that
that's good thank you david
incredible story of a election fraud here in massachusetts literally right
down the road from us at least longmeadow there's an a former east
longmeadow select unnamed enrico bela may know
who was arrested in a voter fraud scandal and the way this went down is
unbelievable villa may know was against uh... pitted against longmeadow
republican mary and julie danis state
primary
that's a a republican primary
for state representative
and
the campaign completely imploded
this individual it and i'm kind of summarizing here and i'm i'm talking abt
from my experience talking to local people who know about the story
this individual decided that he was going to take it upon himself to change
the registrations of a number of voters
and he was going to com a large number of residence
changed party affiliation from democratic independent which made them
eligible to vote in the upcoming republican primary
it surmise that
mister villa may know did this with then the intention of making those people
vote republican it was mostly older people they all came from certain
streets certain neighborhoods
and he said you know it it seems that last time i guess he lost by about two
hundred fifty votes
looks like he did this with about two hundred eighty votes
number one this is really stupid because you can you get caught
but number two
you would think
that maybe you need more than a thirty vote margin because a lot of things
could change since the last one of these
and maybe maybe risking the jail time
for all the thirty vote question is not really very smart now here's the
incredible thing
he was working with his other woman
in all this it appears that it was uh... i i forget whether it was his
intern or assistant or something like that it was someone working on his
behalf
and
she of course
was going to be asked to testify against them
so what did he do to prevent her from testifying
they are now married because you can't you can't be compelled to testify
against your spouse
allegedly from what i'm told from people who know the situation on the ground
this guy actually has a girlfriend like in other words not his new wife he's in
a real relationship this is just the fake it's it's a real marriage but it
did the reasons for it or not love let's put it that way to prevent testifying
unbelievable story of republican vote election fraud right down the road from
opening literally twenty minutes from winner
this guy's a winner
unbelievable let's get your voicemails and emails the voicemail line open
twenty four hours a day two one nine to david p
here's one voice now let's take a look
say lukin quit uh... national candidate we could easily quickly watching
becoming american election and then really enjoyed watching president no
mama duplex mitt romney in the latest debate but one thing that kind of weird
tho photo obama and ronnie had been talking about
leprechaun unicorn
now at leprechaun unicorn
let me know entirely fictional
crinkle very clean coal doubt state ballot akan
unicorn
right now we talked about this which is the dot and i think all this as you talk
about something it doesn't exist is the best sense so you know
uh... or i mean you could be when you actually take a long before the trial
clean it yourself and loans
that's as close as will get the clean it would be cleaning the colloquial sense i
guess right
yeah the clean coal companies if those come up with audio on the mcdonald's
owner refusing to turn off fox news in his restaurant
there's nothing to discuss really mcdonald is a place of business if they
think it's a good for their business to show people
are getting killed on t_v_ and lying in the pool of blood while someone pizza
ketchup mail
that's their business as a customer you choose which companies you wanna support
and a story
basically my view
nothing can say he definitely want on t_v_ that's what he has on t_v_ you know
that the other i wouldn anyway admin two thousand
was fifteen years at this point and
i have a problem with boxes right network showing a suicide what's the
matter people did the knowledge of people committing suicide shatter your
perfect world allusion
well you know they say a nurse's bless
in a mcdonald's i don't know if that's appropriate unilaterally
that the gentleman who visited the restaurant has every right to tell the
editor dot
but making a huge deal out of it
is absolutely childish
we're talking about a mcdonald's here in our restaurant the caters to children
uh... above all else
and
it is just very irresponsible to be playing something like that
in your restaurant regardless of your political views i mean news are u
actively trying to sway people who india russia right wing foxnews into voting
for me around me i mean are you watching it actively war reading this busy
restaurant look like this guy was anyone that would in the video where is cut
with a guy talk so he's sitting there watching the tv now
you just put it on one t_v_ reservist donor
we are now in any case certainly legal to do anything you want i certainly
would not patronize a business that watches has fox news on
and i also would go to donaldson's unlikely you'll see me at this location
anytime soon
