Hi! This is Don Daly representing expertvillage.com, and in this clip, we’re going to show the
arm bar from the mounted position. Okay, I have my opponent mounted, my knees up under
his armpits. He makes a mistake and he pushes on my chest; he’s trying to push my off.
Typical in a street fight. So he’s pushing me; he’s committing his arms. What I want
to do is pick an arm that I want to take to the arm bar. If I pick this arm, I surround
that arm, 2 hands on his chest. If want this arm, I come over and surround this arm, 2
hands on his chest. So he’s pushing, I take this arm, come around, 2 hands right here.
Put all my weight on his chest. That’s going to make my legs real light to get up and come
up and come over his head. As he pushes, I push back 2 hands here. I make my hands real
light, lift up, step foot over, keep it right on the side of his head, reach, grab the wrist.
Okay, nice and easy. We fall back, grab his wrist, thumb up, keeping this heavy over his
head, put it here and we lift hips up. Okay, breaks the elbow. Again, mount position. He
pushes, pushes hard, and commits his arms. I surround the arm that I want, put all weight
on his chest so I’m pushing up against his chest. He pushes back, my legs are real light,
step over, grab the wrist, fall back, close, pinch knees together, lay back, lift hips.
Okay, breaks the elbow.
