This is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show
you how to make an inexpensive meal that my uncle use to call rigatoni aliyou. Now I just
want to add a little bit more olive oil to this, I'm actually going to coat the top eyeballing
it of the broccoli. Over here I added just a little bit more butter just to give it some
more flavor and what I'm going to do now is turn this down, my mushrooms. You can see
it how beautiful these mushrooms look. Mushroom and red onion it's perfect and I add this
to the end let them sit on the frying pan and cool off. Our sausage is actually starting
to cook and you see that they're boiling I'm actually getting them to boil so the insides
cook and as the water reduces they will get those nice brown colors that everybody loves.
It's a small meal in the sense it's not slow it cooks fast, it smells great it's cost efficient,
it's going to feed an army a small army that's for sure. When I get back we keep putting
this together cooking here on Expert Village.
