Hey, my name is Erin and I'm a former US Junior Olympic certified swim
coach and personal trainer and fitness is my passion so I cannot wait to
share it with you guys.
There's a ton of stuff you can do for abs, I'm trying to show you guys some
more creative moves that you don't know about but there are some staples
that we cannot live without. I want you to lie on your back and tuck your
arms underneath your butt to protect your lower back. Especially women, we
tend to have more of a curved back, there, so you want to flatten that out and
protect the lower back area. Now bring your legs up. Now if that's too hard
for you, you can keep the legs slightly bent, that's a good modification.
If you keep the legs bent, you're just going to bring one leg down, tap it
to the floor, back to meet the other, and the other leg. You have your
legs straight it looks like that, very simple.
