Lack of sleep is not uncommon for busy college students but a new study suggests depressed,
sleep deprived students may be more likely to have anxiety issues.
I'm Jennifer Dodd and this is a daily RX Minute. Researchers surveyed 287 students with symptoms
of depression and difficulty sleeping and found the students with both sleep issues
and depression suffered from anxiety more often than the students who had depression
but no sleeping difficulties. If you're a student dealing with depression
or anxiety, seek help from a professional. For Daily RX TV, I'm Jennifer Dodd .
