What are you making? Jonnambali (Sorghum Stew)
Ingredients required to make Jonnambali
Sorghum Flour, Green Mango, Salt, Onions
Take a pan/pot on the stove
This is the sorghum flour which has been soaked in water for a day. Place the water soaked sorghum in the sunlight with a cloth covering it.
Once the sorghum settles to the bottom of the vessel, use the water above.
Pour the sorghum water and let it come to boil
Add the sorghum as well
Add a spoon of salt
Add paste of green mango
Take it in a serving bowl
