Jack in Denver a check thanks for listening 67 68 and what's up
take down a long time listener thank you attracted some attention on fifty
down a kid called Aaron to clear fixation on their
a with regard to police news a force yeah
that they don't you know their protocol
stream at Universal a ps3 united under a track
if if the situation has to require
deadly force annual you were also correct Stinnett
it's also a huge minimal amount of force necessary to protect the arrest
or to stop the unlawful activity are you a police officer however
I am okay see you know this stuff
continue I yep three decades style
if but if you if the situation does justify using deadly physical force
K then the protocol is to shoot stop
unlawful activity not necessarily to kill
course oftentimes it results in map
right but but that's true that's the critical point not the police or shoot
to kill
necessary there are times you know headshots and
my PO hostage situations that's different
right so as yes officer have you seen the videotape with us
I have not I've already a huge
article I haven't seen it yet okay RIII guy would be very curious your thoughts
on because I
like I said I i'm I'm very reluctant II I went through the Georgia police
academy back in the
you know back when the Olympics came to Atlanta they opened it to civilians for
the very first time ever and I was working on a book on private detectives
an old friend what wannamaker who is a
a long time southern girl Georgia
sheriff in small-town sheriff arm and was working as a PI
he got me and and I actually went through the Georgia police academy
um and big got a lil through
earned a lot of respect you know i i have a lot of respect for people who are
in law enforcement
and and I'll yeah I'm into it when you see it from the inside you realize that
there's there's
really good people doing some really really hard work and and and and having
to make life and death decisions in a split second
and in that whole context it's really difficult
to criticize somebody who's who's got a you know a three thousand Park are
coming out about seventy miles an hour doing anything
um you know to criticize whatever their behaviors
that's sad go ahead there was a very key points and two cultures
constitutional case lot this specifies precisely death
you can't judge make any citizens mindset you can't has to be charged a
police officer's action
legally has to be judgment in terms of use of force
by what a regional officer with you
based on the information that the officer had at that time
and not 20/20 hindsight exactly exactly
and and that's and that's the caveat that I want to attach to my critique
and and yet when I watch that video when they had that woman's car stopped in
there was a police officer standing with his gun
his service revolver drawn and he was right behind her with white left tire
and I'm wondering why is he not sure about that tire right now
and then she goes tearing off and but maybe
you know I'm not a I'm not a police officer so I don't know Jack thank you
for calling in thanks for the clarification
I do appreciate thanks for listening and 760 there that but
