Hi everyone I'm coming to you today in my mobile office as you see I'm in my car on
a rainy day in Baltimore.
I want to talk about a video I've been doing for the last week or so.
Its Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I want to give this work out a try because it’s
a really short workout.
I hate working out and I don’t have the time and the motivation to spend 45 minutes
to an hour working out 5 times a week.
So I wanted something that was shorter but was still effective also I figured since it's
Jillian Michaels, I've seen her on the Biggest Loser, I know that she produces results so
I figured it would work. As long as I did the workouts I should get some sort of results.
The price is great as well. I got it on Amazon. It was like $8 almost $9. I have Amazon Prime
and I got it the next day which was pretty great. The shipping was really fast.
It says you're supposed to lose 20 pounds in 30 days. So I'm not sure how effective
that is but as long as I loose between 5 to 10 pounds I figured that should be pretty
good within that time frame.
The video is fairly short like I said. Its 20 minutes, around 20 minutes. It has 3 levels.
I'm doing level 1. That's for beginners. It has a warm up. Three minutes of. It has three
minutes of strength, two minutes of cardio and one minute of abs. And you do that three
different times then you cool down.
So when I first started off on March 4th, I was 167 pounds. So I've been doing it for
a week now and I've lost 1 pound which is great for me since I haven’t been losing
any weight for the last few months.
I work out 5 days a week with 2 days off. my calorie goal is 1200 calories for the day
and I try to stay around that even though I work out on myfitnesspal they give you extra
calories when you work out but I try to stick around 1200 calories for the day so I think
that's really been helping. So next week I'll check back in with my results
to see if I lost some more weight. Thanks
