Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am going to show you
how to make a really great holiday caramelized onion and sage stuffing. So were back we have
our mixture it just cooled off, we have our corn bread pieces over here, so what I am
going to do, I' m going to add about half of the corn bread mixture in to here and this
is the half that is going to get pretty much smooshed up, you see, there we go. Alright, so there is
that. Now at this point were going to add our egg into the mixture. Now lets really
smash that egg up and get it worked in.
And now were going to add the heavy cream and chicken stock mixture in. Give that a
good stir and get that all mixed in. This is going to become like our base layer, like
our binder layer. The other part is going to become the chunky part, the crispy part.
Alright, now were going to take the crispy layer, dump that in there get all your crumbs
in there and were just going to mix all of this together. And now depending on how moist you like your
corn bread it may determine, or how moist you like your dressing it may determine if
you have to add some more chicken stock and heavy cream here. I already put about half
in so far and I think it's looking about right for me. I like mine really dry though, some
people like theirs really sticky. If you like yours really sticky this will not work for
you. So, anyway I think this is looking great lets go ahead and get it in a pan and get
it in the oven.
