On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller, and today we're going to cook nice,
hot fudge brownies. I'm taking this wonderful concoction here. I'm going to go ahead and
place it in here. There's different size pans. I like my brownies a little fatter, so I used
a little smaller pan. You can use something a little longer to have them thinner. Take
everything. Make sure you get everything out of that pan. All of it. That's why I use a
spatula. That way I can have all of it in there placing it in there like that. Turning
the spatula around and spinning it like this. Then I'm going to spread it making sure that
everything is evened off. Spreading it like that. There you go. I want nice size brownies.
Spread it. In the corners too. Make sure that you get some brownie there. That's what it
looks like before you put it in the oven.
