In June 2013, Sao Paulo's Government announced
a twenty-cent raise in public transportation fares.
The raise triggered a series of riots and protests across the country.
Police repression was brutal,
but in Sao Paulo, it was out of control.
The city sunk into civil war.
Casualties increase fast.
The government, to protect the country's economic capital, sends in the army.
The final measure was to build a huge wall, isolating parts of the city,
and entrapping the ones inside.
Those who were able to leave did the right thing.
The remaining ones were left to their own fate.
Nobody ever left and no one has come inside.
Afterall, who'd like to break into hell?
Is there anyone with you?
[speaks russian] Don't kill me, please don't kill me!
What the ***? Is there anyone else with you?
[speaks russian] I don't speak portuguese...
Answer, dammit! It's your last chance!
Me not speak portughese...
