Hi, my name is Mike Seiler with Remax Grey Bruce
and today I would like to share with you a tip on how you can take your
old looking grout and make it look new again for only a few dollars
all you need is some hydrogen peroxide
some baking soda and a scrub brush
so I want you to take a look at it tiles that I have here
and you can see the high-traffic area the grout has become
pretty black and if you look over on the one side you can see that
the original grout color was more of a grey color
So, let's get started. So now what you're going to do is spray some hydrogen
peroxide on the grout line
we'll go all the way around
couple of squares here
and then we'll take our brush
and we'll just work it in a little bit
now what we'll do, you can can see already the dirt coming up there
Now we're going to take our baking powder and we're just gonna sprinkle
it gently over top
and then what we'll do is we'll leave it
until it's completely dry and you'll see what happens
to this black looking grout
so as you see I've done the entire floor, I've left it to dry for several hours
and now I'm just gonna to vacuum it up, I'm going to give it quick mop
and then I'll show you some before and after pictures
fast easy and as you can see my these pictures
well didn't really do a damn thing but maybe it made a couple of shades lighter
and I think if you were to repeat this process about
eight to ten times well
you give it a try but I'm not gonna
I'm Mike Seiler with Remax Grey Bruce
wishing you a wonderful day
