Hello. Today I'm going to show you how to create this nice looking text.
So go to file - new if you need.
Then add a new layer.
Take text tool, any font, any size.
And write someting.
Choose magic wand tool.
Hold left shift and click on any letter.
Now on colors table click more.
And on this black box. On primary color... Make it not the totally black, but almost black.
And of course on this thing...
Draw from the white just a little till you get a very light grey color.
Just like that.
Then click on this primary color box again.
Click less if you want.
And of course choose gradient tool and draw from bottom to top.
Of course hold left shift, so you'll have a straight gradient.
Then go to effects - selection - bevel selection.
Choose depth like 10, it really depends on the size of the text, but sure you'll have it pretty much big.
So click ok.
Repeat that. Effects - repeat bevel selection.
Then go to effects - selection - bevel selection again.
But now choose depth like the half.
Or less.
Till you get this thing, this stange thing right here.
And of course click ok.
Deselect.
Then go to effects - antialias. Click ok.
And lets dublicate this layer.
Go to effects - color - color tint.
And of course paint in any color you want. Or you of course can use any other painting plugin, like hue / saturation if you don't have downloaded some/any plugins.
And of course you can change this layer blending mode to whatever you like...
I like the overlay look.
Click ok.
After that merge this layer down.
And you of course can do alot more like add drop shadow to it.
Or anything else.
So thanks for watching and bye.
