Hi I'm Angelina Musik and on behalf of Expert Village today we're going to talk about blue
jeans. What style to wear, the different type of blue jeans and what looks best on you.
This is a pair of low waist, or low rise jeans, which fit great on athletic and trim bodies.
You're not required to have any support with the abs. If you have a trim or athletic body
and so the low waist works very, very well. If you have a little bit of a poochy and you
want to wear a low rise jean, what it will force you to do, or what you can use as a
way to trim your tummy is to tuck your tummy in and hold it. So if wearing a low rise pair
of jeans gets you to exercise your abs so they don't stick out, eventually you won't
have to do it at all. But then again it might become a habit. And it's totally not related.
Which it isn't but it works. If you stand up straight and hold your abs in and you're
wearing jeans that otherwise your tummy is going to look like it's hanging out, you're
self conscience over that, eventually the muscles will tighten and it won't hang out
as much or at all.
This is also stretch material again for the low rise, and notice it is a medium color,
it's not a light color. If you are a curvy figure or a full figure, it is recommended
that you wear medium to dark color jeans because light color jeans will accentuate your curves
in ways that you would rather it not. Medium is appropriate and if you'd like to have your
figure lengthened, or appear as though it's trimmer than it really is, wear a little bit
of a darker jean, but not black, just the darker jean. So this is your low rise jean.
