Home-made pizza
Flour - 500 g
Yeast - 35 g
Half a teaspoon of salt
A glass of milk and water (mixed together)
Four spoons of olive oil
PREPARATIONS: add some milk from time to time
Knead the dough in hands (10 min) or use a blender (5 min)
Leave the dough in a warm place to grow (1 hour)
Meanwhile prepare your own tomato sauce. You'll need a tin of ripe tomatoes and three cloves of garlic.
Add some salt, black pepper and herbs to improve the taste.
Mix everything and later pour into a saucepan.
Boil for 10 min.
Put on your pizza whatever you feel like.
Put it into the oven for nearly 25 min (temperature 180 degrees)
And ready - ENJOY YOUR DELICIOUS PIZZA.
