The transition was great, at the same time I didn't know what I was getting into, there's
always certain things that are new to you, that you have to learn, and I think I did
a pretty good job at that. It's you on your own, you learn a lot, putting yourself in
a situation that not a lot kids are in. It builds personality, who you are. You share
the same language when your walking around Switzerland on the streets, you hear French,
you hear German, you hear Italian, you hear Russian, you hear all these things, and you
come here and you're like "oh I don't hear anything but English" so that's a shock. The
food is different, the road, you drive on the other side of the road here, people are
different, people are a lot nicer here, because here in the US wherever you go people greet
you, people smile. It's taught different in China, I think back to hometown, people are
more conservative, its hard for them to speak up a little bit and initially talk to people,
but here it's very easy to get along with people. I feel like I have friends and I feel
like I'll be okay here.
