Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a sweet potato pone recipe. We're continuing
to mix our sweet potatoes with that milk and cream butter and brown sugar, those spices,
nutmeg, cinnamon, and now we're going to add a cup (half of cup) of molasses to this. Molasses
you can use cane syrup, corn syrup, if you use a corn syrup use a dark. I added the molasses
and once again we want to get everything incorporated good, we're mixing all of that molasses in
with that brown sugar. (I'm being a little messy here) Like I said it's definitely a
work out got to have that strength in your arms to keep all this mixing. Cause we want
everything mixed well together okay, so I'll continue to mix this and I'll see you back
