XYTOS has a new Chief Medical Officer this morning.
Doctor John Trotter was named CFO after an extensive two year search by the next generation
bio-medical technologies firm. Trotter is a graduate of George Washington
University School of Medicine and Howard University. He has conducted several research projects
with the National Institute of Health and was even elected by Congress to the Physicians’
Council for Responsible Health Care. Shares of XYTS jumped 18 percent on Thursday
after the afternoon announcement.
Neah Power Systems is starting work with GEMSEC. That's the Genetically Engineered Materials
Science and Engineering Center at the University of Washington in Seattle.
Neah will be working with them to develop renewable fuel cells.
Its micro fuel cell system is already able to run in aerobic and anaerobic modes.
NPWZ is trading at 12 cents a share on the bulletin board.
