Hi everybody, Bohus here for FotodioxPro.com
and in this video we've got a couple things to share with you. First let's
talk about the
award that we won from Pop Photo for the LED100WA light,
naming it one of the most useful and innovative lighting products of
2013. It's a versatile little light, but let me introduce you to our newest
LED constant source light, the LED200WA.
And yeah, you guessed it, it is twice as powerful as our award-winning
LED100WA. Same form factor,
same strobe size and shape, it is a constant source light
but you can use those lighting modifiers we talked about like a softbox or a
snoot
or any of the other things you've got that'll fit the Bowens ring
on the front. Now these lights are fully dimmable. The ballast
is located right here. The LED200 has this lunch box
style power supply. And you can control the light. What's nice
having the ballast off the light, it makes the light a lot lighter,
it doesn't weigh as much. So you can use this in a hanging situation if you want. But
here's the power supply
and you control the level with this analog ***.
You can go from one to one hundred percent. I'm getting a liitke bright here, it's probably bothering
the video camera there. Let's turn it way back down again. But you've got full sweep control
with
that analog ***. The LED 100WA
draws a maximum of 100 watts, and the LED200WA
draws a maximum of 200 watts depending on where you've got the brightness adjusted.
Both lights have a bayonet mount for light modifiers, you're looking at the
Bowens
format bayonet mount. The kit also includes a removable 12 inch reflector
and a diffusion sock. The light has a 60 degree beam angle
and the fixture itself comes in at around thirteen and a half pounds.
We want to thank you for watching this video and also thank you so much
to Pop Photo for awarding us their Pop award
for the LED100WA. We're very honored to have been named one of the most
useful
and innovative lighting products in 2013. And you know what?
We've got more cool stuff coming your way soon. My name's Bohus,
thanks for watching.
