Hi, I'm Derek with thehealthytrucker.net. Today we're gonna kill two birds with one
stone. I'm gonna show you how you can turn your traditional push ups into not only a
chest and triceps exercise, but also work your back at the same time. And we're gonna
use these dumbbells and yoga mat to do it. So this is an exercise you can do anytime,
anywhere, out on the road, with minimal equipment needed. Alright, so what we've done here is
we've spaced our dumbbells out, about shoulder width apart we've got our yoga mat down. That
way any type of surface that we wouldn't want to be laying on, we don't have to lay on it
now. And we get started like this, get our legs spread out, a little over shoulder width.
Come down as far as we can, back up, swing this leg out. Work that back row, right there.
Leg back in, down, push up, bring that leg back out, work that row right here. Just repeat
that. Again, I recommend about ten to twelve reps to get started. We've got 10 lb dumbbells.
Use whatever weight is comfortable for you. But again, this is a great way you can work
all different aspects, all different muscles in your body from one position. Give it a
try. If you found these exercise ideas to be helpful, go ahead and give us a like, subscribe

try in the next video. We'd love to hear from you.
