Everyone in the College has their own personal "my moodle" page. This is a customisable area of moodle where you can create a type of dashboard with relevant information for you to use
To access my moodle, click the "my moodle" link from the menu at the top of the screen
At the moment my "my moodle" page looks pretty empty. To start customising it, click on the "Customise this page" button which is found at the top right
A new area appears called "Add a block" with a drop down-menu
Clicking on the drop-down menu will display a list of blocks which are available to you to customise the page. 0:00:47.609,0:01:65.275 I'm going to add the "Calendar" block and the "My private files" block to start off with. The calendar block acts as a useful calendar and the private files block allows me to upload files to moodle where they are only accessible to me. You could use it instead of a usb stick for example. 0:01:66.277,0:01:73.019 I'm now going to add the "Latest news" block. This will display the latest news from the front page of the site. 0:01:77.527,0:01:87.438 I've don't like it where it is at the moment though so I think I'll move it. After I click the move icon I can place it anywhere I see the rectangle with the dotted line 0:01:90.448,0:01:96.249 Take the time to have a look at the other available blocks and customise your "my moodle" page
