Hi. My name is Anthony, the Head Doctor at the Appliance Doctor. Do you own a Dacor
range, a Dacor microwave, Dacor dishwasher or any Dacor product? Well, let me
congratulate you first on buying a good product. A matter of fact, a great product.
You made a great choice. You paid a decent amount of money for it and now you need
a service company who is factory-authorized service for the Dacor company and that’s
the Appliance Doctor. I want you to know that there are many advantages of calling an
appliance company that is authorized and factory-trained by the manufacturer of the
product that you have which in this case is Dacor.
First of all, we get training from Dacor once or twice a year. Second of all, and I think
is the most important, is that we have the ability
to get online with tech support because some of these products that you buy for $1000,
$2000, $3000 are products that are really difficult to repair at times and may
have a hundred wires running through any part of the product.
So there are times when we as the main representative for Dacor need advice
ourselves so we go to the professionals right through the factory and the engineers. So
that’s the second reason why you want to call somebody who’s authorized.
The third reason I think is accountability. You know, for me to keep up my authorization,
I have to be accountable to my customers which are you. And you know what? That’s a
great way of doing business. It’s because you call somebody through the Yellow Pages
and through the web who was not accountable for that manufacturer, then you have no
recourse as a consumer.
