Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. Now lets
look at those scallions our green onions as there called were using the tops and the bottoms
to those and were going to add that green color in. A lot of green and once again start folding that into our
mixture all of this is eventually going to go through our meat grinder. We just want
to get it premixed here so in the first part we were getting our preparation together and
in this section were actually building the mixture. So we got those green onions mixed
in along with the regular onions, celery and bell pepper and our pork, and shrimp we'll
continue to mix and I'll see you back in the next section.
