On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make congri.
I'm using a bay leaf (dry bay leaf) take two small bay leaf, dry I'm placing it in here.
My mom likes to place a piece of pepper in there sometimes just to let it set in there
with the rice but I cut up some peppers and I'm just going to let it cook with the rice.
So I'm going to stir it again, I put a little of salt in there not much just a little bit
because the other seasonings have salt in it, I don't want to place too much salt and
make it saltier. The flavors are good enough you don't need a lot of salt for this dish,
I'm going to stir it again.
