>> JOE: Hey everyone, I’m Joe Bereta.
>> MATT: And I’m Matt Lieberman. It’s pretty awesome.
>> JOE: Today in “It Could Only Happen in Florida” news, a woman in Jacksonville allegedly
set her boyfriend’s car ablaze after he refused to buy her a McFlurry at a local McDonald’s.
>> MATT: Witnesses claim that the woman wanted to end her day with a whole mess of Mc D’s,
but that the McFlurry was the straw/spoon combo that broke the camel’s back.
>> JOE: Before long, their argument escalated so far that the woman shouted, “I’m going
to blow it up,” snatched her man’s keys, and ran out the door.
>> MATT: Within moments, the woman used a bottle of unidentified liquid to light her
boyfriend’s 1994 El Dorado up like a star streaking across the night sky.
>> JOE: The woman fled through an adjacent parking lot as the man and several onlookers
fought the flames. However, the man also chose to run before the authorities could arrive.
Classic Florida!
>> MATT: Classic Florida! And though some may say that this woman overreacted, we here
at SourceFed are firmly on her side.
>> JOE: That’s right. There are a lot of monsters in the world: Bigots. Criminals.
Terrorists. But at least there’s one thing that they all have the decency to respect…
>> MATT: And that’s the cool creamy embrace of an Oreo and M&Ms McFlurry. We send our
prayers to our nameless heroine, for fighting the good Flurry fight. When you get released
from prison, your first Flurry is on us.
>> JOE: Now we want to know what you think. Tell us in the comments and click the annotation
for more great SourceFed stuff! I’m Joe Bereta.
>> MATT: And I’m Matt Lieberman.
