Rev Rudder: "A dark night in the city of Tradition. As I strolled casually towards the city's
most valuable real estate I relished the familiar roll of the cars and quaint beauty of the
small shops. But there was an undeniable tension. Then a scream (sound-woman screaming) started
over the regular hum and there she stood, five feet, seven inches of trouble."
Rev Rudder: "What seems to be the trouble ma'am?"
Sally: "Oh Rev Rudder! I am so glad to see you. I came to the ATM and my account was
empty. Can you believe that? It was empty! I mean I really need to get in there because
I need my money for tonight because I am supposed to go to this formal..."
Rev Rudder: "Alight lady, calm down. Have you met anyone new lately?"
Sally: "Ohhhh yes, Johnny Lyean. He's just wonderful. He took me to this adorable little
restaurant and we talked for hours. Johnny Lyean: "Oh sally, I want to know everything
about you. Tell me about your childhood." Sally: "Oh Johnny. Well I grew up on Scott
Street in a small house with my parents. Since I was an only child my parents bought me my
first dog when I was eight years old. He was so cute and tried to be so tough so I gave
him my Dad's middle name, Eddie. It seems just perfect and when my Mom's parents, Grandma
and Grandpa Rogers came to visit they brought me and Eddie matching blue shirts. Blue is
my favorite color and they would watch my favorite kids show, Square Pies Are Square.
He was just wonderful, such a good listener. Do you know how hard it is to find a sensitive
man in this town? I mean, the guys are nice but they're just all so distant but with Johnny
you could really tell that he was hanging on every word I said."
Rev Rudder: "She continued sharing the details of a delightful date with a dashing deceiver
but I already knew what this was. Some women really put it all out there. She shared more
than just her soul with Mr. Lyean. Rev Rudder: "I'm sorry ma'am. Johnny isn't
quite as wonderful as you hoped. Some people can really
change on you...(Sound-Wolf Howling)"
