When I considered the exchange program,
I wanted to go to some other country completely where I had not been before
or back to Korea where I'm originally from. So that
if I were to pursue the first purpose,
I would be experiencing a different culture to see
if I can adapt to a different place in the future when I
settle down for a job.
For Korea, I wanted to know if I could actually go back to Korea to settle down
with my
family and friends who are still in Korea. I have a background of
computer science, and my major is economics.
When I wanted to pursue both fields,
I felt that KAIST was the most appropriate university
to do so amongst all the available universities in Korea.
