I've got a confession to make.
I had a problem. I kinda lead a double life and after years of working hard and and raising a family and making a lot of excuses my friend finally had to intervine.
But I needed to face this before it was too late.

This is me, about 25 pounds ago, and here is the ironic thing, I own a wellness company. I should have known better.
But sometimes live just kinda sneaks up on you. Let me tell you what happend.
A friend of mine who happens to be a very well-known TV physician did something that initially embarrased me.
He looked down on my stomack. He gave me a little poke, and as his figer sprang back, he mentioned I definitely need to get rid of that bolge.
He told me that it's something called Omentum and it's the most unhealthy kind of fat that you can carry.
This was a personal issue for me. I mean I have a wife and four great kids, and here's TVs best known, best liked physician basically telling me
I'm gonna die early if I don't get that weight off.
To say it made an impact it would be an understatement. I mean, I've seen it happend first hand.
I lost my mom to cancer and my dad to heart desease - way before they time. My dad his whole life batteled with his weight.
It wound up killing him. I didn't even had a chance to say goodbye. I made the decision it's not gonna happen to me. I don't want it to happen to you or anyone you care about.
I believe this experience happend for a reason. And here I am, almost 25 Ibs lighter.
