Hi! This is Richard Buccola and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you
how to make some good old fashioned American potato salad. Well I guess to age, you learn
a lot of different tricks, a lot of different things. As a kid, I worked in the Plaza with
the famous Danielle Belair who was fanatically a great chef and probably one of the best
in the world. He would be fanatical about this. Always cleaning your plate up gives
you a chance to taste it. But here's a little way to make it look nice. Just take a fork
and just pat it down with a fork; it gives it some nice lines. How much does this cost?
It's pretty cheap to make. It's only potatoes and eggs, your basic. This salad will probably
serve 8 to 10 people for less than 15 bucks to make. I put a little sprig with parsley
just like that in the corner. It gives it a little color. That's it. It's ready to go.
Here is how I store it too. Simple storage is just cutting it like so. Put this on top.
You can store it in a Tupperware. This will stay good for a week in your refrig. I do
this on Friday morning and I take it out Sunday afternoon. Are you ready for some football?
