On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make some delicious
Island chicken. To me this is the really fun part building the platter for our Island chicken.
It's just so much fun layer of layer after layer of delicious ingredients some that you
are taking right out of the bag like this spinach and some that I already worked on.
This is triple washed baby spinach it's clean and it has all it's rough stems cut off so
it's great really easy. You can use whatever leaf you have. I just like the spinach, Roman
is another good choice; it has a lot of crunch. That is going to be the base for our platter
which is very cool then we are going to add some Raddicchio. I like Raddicchio because
it has a great crunch and of course, a gorgeous color. There is a core in the middle of the
Raddicchio that you don't want to serve to your guests. I'm just going to shred this
a little bit. It shreds really nicely and this color like I said, it's just unbelievable.
Then we're just going to toss them onto the platter all the way through like that now that we have our base up for the platter
we are going to continue building our platter with our grilled peppers and onions, see you
