I took a test-drive SUBARU XV.
I drove SUBARU long time ago. So I can say this is the first time.
it's not much good mileage, the cabin is not big enough,
Furthermore, horizontally-opposed engine is not easy to maintain and not friendly on the wallet though,
but I'm glad I can test-drive SUBARU, because my world-view of the car was broadening.
First of all, I noticed I need push the accelerator deep to gain speed, and their switches are big enough.
XV is not compact, but I had little fear of driving through narrow road.
I think it is agreed by almost everyone, because I'm driving only compact cars recently.
2.0 litter horizontally-opposed engine is not powerful for this car.
come to think of it, new XV with hybrid-engine is focus on good driving-experience instead of fuel-efficiency.
its maybe their formality, don't pay much attention to trend.
Now I can understand how SUBARU's fan feels.
