Uh, one of the biggest things I learned, after taking SOS,
was how I deal with and how I
internalize and externalize stress
like how I look when I'm stressed
and how I deal with stress, and if there's a
healthier way that I can go about doing it.
Because it's about stress
And because it's online and one credit, it doesn't
stress you out and you learn a lot
of helpful information and tools
to ah, deal with stress, deal with pressures of going through college.
I realized through SOS that I
take a lot on.
The way I handle stress is I kind of use my
humor and my personality to kind of let it slide off me.
But it also helps me recognize other people who, ah,
really internalize stress and let it build up.
And it helps you learn, like, how to deal with those people and
recognize stress, not only in yourself, and how it affects you
but also in others.
