My name is Ryan James Smith
and in this tutorial I'm going to show you how to go about creating some
of the standard material types that we use in games. This tutorial
assumes you are familiar with Photoshop and how to create the various texture maps you'll need
to create basic materials. I'll start by quickly showing you around the
udk material editor. Then we'll get right into learning the techniques used in creating the more
common material types used in todays games.
